The Perseus Property Company Limited is a Property Investment Company.


The Company owns and acquires tenanted residential property throughout Greater London, the South-West and the South-East, invests in and continues to hold the property with the aim of building a secure and growing income stream and future capital growth. The company occasionally sells such property as and when it judges conditions to be most proficient.

History

The Perseus Property Company Limited was established in 1950 by Richard Arthur Wright as a small family business based in London. During the ensuing years the company has grown the portfolio whilst maintaining low gearing.


Perseus remains a family business today.

Principal Activities

The Perseus Property Company Limited acquires tenanted residential property at a discount to vacant possession value and will occasionally sell when vacant possession had been obtained.


The company invests in the portfolio when conditions warrant it for income and capital growth. The company will also buy vacant residential units for development/refurbishment.

  • The Company’s rental income is derived from four sources:

    • Regulated tenancy units
    • Assured shorthold units
    • Assured tenancies
    • Ground rent units

    The properties can remain tenanted for many years and are managed in-house.


    In addition to rental income, the Company earns management fee income from units under management.
